What the wire says
Billboard published this on Oct. 3, 2026. The headline says promoters canceled Ye’s two Russian stadium concerts and announced “sincere regret.”
Billboard’s summary says the two announced gigs at St. Petersburg’s Gazprom Arena were in limbo from the start after the venue stated that it had not signed a rental agreement.
This page does not add a chart position, a quote beyond that headline, or a reason the promoters did not give.
